Overview

Some if the assessments we offer include:

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a popular personality assessment tool that categorises individuals into 16 distinct personality types based on preferences in four dichotomies: Extraversion (E) vs Introversion (I), Sensing (S) vs Intuition (N), Thinking (T) vs Feeling (F), and Judging (J) vs Perceiving (P). Developed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers, the MBTI helps individuals understand their natural tendencies, communication styles, and decision-making processes. Widely used in personal development, career counselling, and team building, the MBTI provides valuable insights for improving self-awareness and interpersonal relationships.

The Thomas Profile, also known as the Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), is a behavioural assessment tool used to analyse an individual’s workplace behaviours and personality traits. Based on the DISC theory, it evaluates four key behavioural traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. The Thomas Profile provides insights into how people behave in various situations, their communication styles, motivators, and potential areas for development. Widely used in recruitment, team building, and leadership development, this assessment helps organisations understand their employees better, leading to improved performance and job satisfaction.

The 360 Degree Process is a comprehensive feedback system used to assess an individual’s performance, skills, and behaviours from multiple perspectives. This process gathers input from a wide range of sources, including peers, subordinates, supervisors, and sometimes even external stakeholders. By providing a holistic view of an individual’s strengths and areas for improvement, the 360 Degree Process facilitates personal and professional development. It is commonly used in performance appraisals, leadership development, and organisational growth, helping individuals gain valuable insights into their work habits and interpersonal skills.

The DISC Assessment is a widely used behavioural evaluation tool that categorises individuals into four primary personality traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Compliance (C). Each trait reflects different aspects of behaviour and interaction styles.

  • Dominance (D): Focuses on results, confidence, and assertiveness.
  • Influence (I): Emphasizes social interactions, enthusiasm, and persuasion.
  • Steadiness (S): Highlights patience, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Compliance (C): Stresses accuracy, structure, and adherence to rules.

The DISC Assessment helps individuals and organisations understand and improve communication, teamwork, and productivity by providing insights into how people respond to challenges, influence others, respond to change, and follow rules and procedures. It is often used in leadership development, team building, and personal growth initiatives.

The 16PF (Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire) is a comprehensive personality assessment tool developed by psychologist Raymond Cattell. It evaluates an individual’s personality across 16 primary factors, which include traits such as warmth, reasoning, emotional stability, dominance, liveliness, rule-consciousness, social boldness, sensitivity, vigilance, abstractedness, privateness, apprehension, openness to change, self-reliance, perfectionism, and tension.

The 16PF provides a detailed understanding of a person’s character and behaviour, making it valuable for various applications, including career development, employee selection, counselling, and research. By offering insights into these diverse personality traits, the 16PF helps individuals and organisations make informed decisions and promote personal and professional growth.
