- Understanding and using “Strengths Dynamics” – the interaction between two or more different Strengths and their outcomes and effects.
- Understanding and applying the Four Domains of Strengths in personal or leadership development.
- Understanding the use of different strength attributes, like possible Theories, Ignition Themes, Relaxing Themes, Guilt Themes, Spiritual Themes, etc.
- Super Themes and Contrasting Themes, and its impact.
- Skills and knowledge on the essence of the “NEED” of every Strength, as well as the management of the Strength combinations.

- 1 x Individual Mentoring session (live) with Dries Lombaard, where he gives you personal time and mentoring on the content. These sessions are scheduled with you for a time that works for you.
